Shipping Policy

Delivery Method & Cost

We work with trusted UK couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Free Shipping: Orders over £25 qualify for free standard delivery across the UK.
Standard Shipping: Orders under £25 will incur a flat rate of £3.95.

Delivery Time

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48 or equivalent): 2–4 business days.
Express options (e.g. Royal Mail Tracked 24, DPD, DHL) may be available at checkout with additional charges.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us immediately at info@eigshowuk.com and we will arrange a replacement for you, totally free of cost, as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges). You may also exchange the product in case of a change of mind. In this case, return and exchange delivery charges must be covered by the customer.

How to Return

Contact us at info@eigshowuk.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return reference (usually your order number) to include in your package. Write the order number on a note and include it with your return.
Items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and labels attached.
Once we receive your return, we will process the refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Each item may be exchanged once only.
